Cooked this dish quite sometime already, then manage to get these decent pictures hahaha... a simple and easy dish to cook, nevertheless it tastes yummy with the freshest ingredients - prawns, eggs, spring onions... as well cabbage and mushrooms to give a sweet flavour to the soup. hee... hahaha...

mango cake~

Ain't this mango cake delicious? haha... it tastes good. really. light sponge cake in between layers of mango mousse (spelling correct?) and a layer of agar agar with slices of juicy mangoes. oh yesh, the peanuts adorn the sides of the cake, giving it a hint of nutty flavour.

and yeah, this cake is to celebrate my sis 17th birthday. :)

hello all, and welcome to my photo-blog, where i post photos and interesting pictures to share online. hee... since blogger has a upload image function, so might as well make full use of it.

hmm, first of all, why the name pictfreeze? this is because, pictures are lil bits and portion of the moments we experienced, and by looking at the photos, we are able to recall what took place etc... thus its like a little moment of time frozen in there. so thus the url name pictfreeze. hahaha... there are customization to be made to the site, and this shall be also the place to let my designing stuff rein free too.. apart from photos, expect designs and stuff like that to be posted as well. :)
